We needed a new roof as part of a solar installation project and so we got 3 quotes. The project was complicated by a redwood pergola that is attached to the roof. Ryan from Dils Roofing proactively discussed this issue and ultimately included the removal and professional reinstallation of the pergola in their quote, while none of the other roofers would address this as part of the project. Everything was done professionally and correctly according to a reasonable schedule. I highly recommend them!

Our Roof has had a few leaks over the years and this last January when it rained hard for a couple of days, we had some serious leaks that required a pan to catch the water. We decided to install solar and it was necessary to ensure the roof would be ready, so we had the roof repaired and installed new underlayment in preparation for the solar project The roofing work was quoted (after an initial visit by the Owner, Ryan Dils) at a fair price (we obtained bids from 6 roofers) and all additional work for wood replacement was clearly communicated and justified.

Dils Roofing knows their business very well. Very professional and provide high quality service. Ryan was our project manager and communicated all aspects that needed to be done before, during and at the end. We had our 35 year old roof updated in 2017. The team was on time every day and cleaned up after themselves. After we inspected the work, there were a few issues that needed some attention and they returned immediately to address them.

We obtained proposals from 5 other prominent roofing companies to have our existing lightweight concrete tile removed and replaced with fiberglass shingles, we also had some flat areas reroofed with PVC roll roofing. Dils was very responsive, met all of our project requirements, was in line with other proposals we received, and were easy to work with from start to finish. Change orders for additional repairs were IAW the terms of the contract, and processed in a timely manner.

We had Dils roofing replace our wooden shingles with concrete tiles and also some flat roof that had developed leaks some years ago, our house has not had a drop of water inside since. They stuck to the scheduled dates and did quality work. That has generally been the exception, rather than the rule, for work I have contracted on our house. Recently we had our house tented and some tiles were broken in the process. Dils came out and installed them for a very reasonable price. Have used Dils since 1985. They are extremely knowledgeable, well versed in various forms of roofing and repairs. Unfortunately, several times, they have had to repair failures in roof design from different developers that lead to significant leaks. Most recently, we had water pouring out of many electrical items (i.e., ceiling speakers, wall outlets, et al). Water and electricity don't mix, so we were anxious to get it addressed. Their crew was clean, prompt, thorough and their estimator made the options clear. I wouldn't hesitate to include them in consideration for your next project.

Dils Roofing originally replaced my roof when the builder used poor quality paper and stretched the tiles. Recently had them check the roof after termite tenting and painter repairs. They found broken tiles which I expected and also checked all the flashings; gave me a good quote.
